Welcome back Guest Adventurer Christina! We have been waiting for an excuse to bring out the pumpkins! Enjoy her festive photo essay! Have a Happy Halloween!
I love this time of year! To me pumpkins signify the changing of seasons and sweater weather, which is a welcome relief from the heat of summer. Enjoy this photo essay dedicated to my love of pumpkins.
Love pumpkins! One of the coolest parties our kids had were pumpkin carving and decorating parties. We had all sorts of other vegie props for them (kind of like Mr. Potato Head) and even drills. And then we had a photo cove set up, for a pro-like photo shoot. Alas, no kids, so I just buy the coolest pumpkins I can find and light a ton of votives around them (so I can keep the pumpkins). Also, I am the “older lady on the block” who gives out full sized candy to the kids I know…which is a blast. This year, I even bundled up several bars for each of the kids. Happy Halloween.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful Halloween memories! We are the “older couple next door”. I loved Halloween when the kids were younger!
I love pumpkins too! My post today is on fall color, so there are lots of pumpkins!
Thanks Tam – I will head over to your page and see your gorgeous photos!
I love ALL your pumpkins, but the baseball just might be my favorite 😉
Laurie: I like the baseball one too!
Thanks Laurie! The baseball is my favorite too!
